Core Curriculum Instructor
- Our “core” instructors are selected and trained in-house in the official Perspirology Method and programming.
- MUST LOVE FITNESS AND EXERCISE!
- High energy and outgoing personality is needed.
- Desire to motivate and help others on their fitness journey.
- A background in dance is preferred.
- Prior fitness experience is a plus, but not necessary.
- We need instructors who will assist in promoting their classes and be a true Perspirology ambassador. (Active on Social media.)
- Competitive pay rate! Base pay starts at $40/class. + additional payouts when classes reach certain capacities. *Will be specified in person.
Supplemental Instructor Position
- Seeking instructors for our supplemental programming that fits within our BOUNCE DANCE SCULPT model. (Ie. Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, strength, dance classes, jump rope, etc)
- Instructors should have their own degrees/certifications in place.
- Open to different types of classes that augment our core programming!

- Instructors with existing client base are a plus!
- Becoming a co-promoter of your own classes is required.

Administrative Assistant:
The ideal candidate should be very social media savvy, friendly and engaging with customers, and also willing to follow up with potential clients who might be on the fence about trying a class / purchasing a package. There would be some light cleaning duties and a required training period to become familiar with our booking system, Momence.
