About Perspirology’s Dance Based Fitness

Perspirology is a boutique fitness studio that specializes in sculpting tight, toned physiques through dance-based exercises that enhances your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Their goal is to train the body to move in new ways to create greater body awareness and, therefore, lasting change. They believe that fitness should not be black and white. It is by exploring the gray areas that we can learn the most about ourselves and our true physical potential.

Nowadays, it seems like the fitness industry is bigger and more accessible than ever. From the outside looking in, there are so many different options and varying opinions on fitness in general. That fact alone can feel extremely overwhelming when trying to figure out where to begin.

The bottom line is that everyone is different. What works for one person may not work for another. Some people might enjoy heavy lifting, while others might prefer cycling. And guess what? It’s OK! What is most important is that we enjoy what we are doing, stay active, and feel good about ourselves in the process!

So, where does Perspirology fit into all of this? Let me start by saying that if you are reading this, you are probably serious about getting into shape and not afraid to try something new. That’s good, because Perspirology is a different kind of workout experience! We are going to challenge your body to move in ways you have probably never attempted before. YOU WILL SWEAT!

Our workout is ever evolving. This means that every week is different than the week before. Why do we do this? We want to avoid fitness plateaus by keeping the workouts fresh and providing new challenges than the week prior. This is not the kind of place where you can coast through a workout. From the time your class starts until it ends, you will be moving! We make it tough, but we make it fun too! When you finish a class, you will feel exhausted in the best way possible!
