Absolutely the best class in the area! Best sweat, the dances are a blast, toning classes are always full body and I feel so strong and engaged after I leave, music is always amazing, don't even realize you are burning so many calories because it is so much fun! I signed up with a holiday discount code for the at home streaming membership, and the BounceLab classes have truly revived me from my sloth-like lifestyle. I've had a rebounder for over a year and barely used it. Now, thanks to these awesome bounce classes, I'm in it to win it. The music is fun, the cardio is super intense, and the choreography is nearly impossible. But when I do catch on, it's really rewarding. My favorites are the classes with rebounder bounce, and barre/mat. If I lived near this studio I'd go every day. So grateful for the option to stream from home from afar. My mood lifts 200% after every class. Like, I have cartoon blue birds flying around my head for at least a few hours. I bought a jumpsport trampoline from Costco several years ago and have been using it a lot more since our gym has been closed. I am so glad that I chanced upon Perspirology's videos. I love this studio! Challenging and fun workouts that make me want to keep going. Ladies that attend the classes REALLY seem fit and beautiful. Will take me a few classes to follow through some of it but what a nice vive this place has! I leave feeling like the time I put in was so worth it.  Im so happy I tried this place. Definitely the best fitness studio in Monmouth county!!! Jason and Katy are amazing as well as the other instructors. I’m not a dancer at all but still have a lot of fun and sweat A LOT! I get good results too! Im obsessed !!
