I love this studio! Challenging and fun workouts that make me want to keep going. Ladies that attend the classes REALLY seem fit and beautiful. Will take me a few classes to follow through some of it but what a nice vive this place has! I leave feeling like the time I put in was so worth it. Im so happy I tried this place. My goal is to get back in shape after two kids for this summer and this is the only place I felt I can achieve my goal.
