Laura Kerwick

Laura grew up in Medford, NJ and graduated from Hofstra with a BA in marketing. She headed to NYC and went on to become a Sommelier and wine distributor. After having her two amazing boys she pursued her goal and became a certified Pilates instructor and then fell in love with Perspirology!

After being a client for years she trained with Katy and became a Bounce Instructor!

Laura is our go to girl for virtual bounce & toning training but you may catch her in the summer when she’s at her shore home! If you bump into Laura be sure to say hi!
