Barre Burn

Barre Burn is our take on a traditional barre class. Be prepared to sweat, tone, and even do some foam rolling. We like to say that Barre Burn is deceivingly hard.

Sculpt

Our Sculpt class will take you on a toning journey, including our signature A & B leg series. (A sets are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. B sets are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. All leg series change after every week.) There is no cardio in our sculpt class.

Small Group Strength

Limited class size and heavier weights are the two foundations that Small Group Strength was built on. Class sizes are kept to 12 clients, with our heaviest weight reaching 15 Lb. This class is slightly more expensive than our regular drop in rate, due its exclusive nature.

Toning Express

Toning Express is a 45 min class that delivers big time sweat in a short amount of time. Tone your way to a healthier you in under one hour. You can expect to do arms, legs, and abs. There is no cardio in Toning Express.

Trampoline Toning Express

If you already read the description for Toning Express, you should be able to figure out what we do in this class. Now, just picture doing it on a trampoline

Rebounder Resistance

With the help of the JumpSport Strength Kit, we turn the trampoline into our very own reformer. This class has limited capacity and no cardio.

Toning | Strength

We’ve combined our toning express and our small group strength class into one 45 minute powerhouse class. Get some! And if you don’t remember what those two classes are, it’s a good thing you’re on the class description page!

Pilates Burn

Pilates BURN is a high-energy, full-body Pilates fusion class in a heated room to intensify your burn and boost flexibility. With a dynamic mix of traditional Pilates moves and strength-building sequences, this class will challenge your endurance, sculpt lean muscle, and ignite your core.

Pilates Suspension

The Pilates Suspension Method combines contemporary and traditional mat and equipment-based pilates exercises but performs them on a suspension apparatus. In this class you will get full body strength, core fire, balance challenges, mobility work, and a fulfilling mind-body connection. Each exercise has a pilates root but is performed with the resistance of the suspension straps. Get ready to up-level your pilates practice!

Yoga Flow

Ignite your practice with Yoga Flow – a dynamic, breath-centered yoga class designed to boost mobility, deepen flexibility, and elevate your inner calm. Guided in a heated space, expect intentional stretches, gentle mobility work, and energizing transitions that leave you feeling strong, open, and refreshed. Bring a yoga mat to class please!
