    SHIPPING In order to ship products to you, we use a variety of shipping methods ranging from UPS, USPS, and FedEx to LTL freight carriers. Depending on the size and weight of your purchase, we will choose the most timely and cost effective method of shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All orders are shipped out within 1-2 weeks of receiving order placement, with expedited shipping options available in checkout. If you have questions about this policy email us at sweat@perspirology.com If you change your shipping address once the product has left our facility you will be responsible for any re-consignment fees that are incurred. Please be sure to contact us ASAP if you need to change your shipping address for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel or change an order for any reason, but we will contact you before any changes are made. Examples of reasons this could happen are, but not limited to: Errors in product pricing, shipping information, and customer credit or fraud issues. We may contact you in the case that additional information is required to process your order. If for any reason you (the customer) choose to cancel your order while the shipment is over the road without attempting to find reasonable accommodation to complete the delivery, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund to return the product to Perspirology.   • Do you accept returns and/or exchanges
    Return & Refund Policy Returns/exchanges are accepted on unused items in new condition within 30 days of purchase and must include original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All returns/exchanges must have a Return Authorization so that we can process it. Please contact us by phone (732)-530-1112 or email sweat@perspirology.com to set up your return or exchange. The Return Authorization number(s) given must be clearly marked on the items being returned for us to process it. The customer is responsible for arranging shipping the item(s) back to Perspirology and all costs associated. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return or exchange from the date of arrival at our facility. You are responsible to ensure your return arrives back at our facility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.   • What will I need to bring for class?
    We provide the towels, mats, and all necessary equipment. You may want to bring a water bottle. If you forget yours, you can purchase one at the front desk. You will need sneakers for all classes except our LAB class, which is done barefoot.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located in Sea Bright, NJ. (Directly across from the Sea Bright public beach.) We have a beautiful view of the ocean from our 3rd floor studio.
  • Do you have showers at your facility?
    Yes, we have showers so you can rinse off after a hard workout.
  • What class should I start with?
    This varies from client to client. If you are just starting a fitness routine after some time off, then the LAB class is the best place to start! This class is perfect for all levels of fitness and allows everyone to work within their own capacity. However, if you are not new to exercise, you may want to try our Fundamentals class for your first time.
  • What can I expect from the studio environment?
    Perspirology is a boutique fitness studio with a clean, upscale feel. We pride ourselves in making each client feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they walk in the door. Please be aware that we do exercise in a warm environment
  • Can I bring my child to the studio while I am working out?
    We do offer babysitting during specific hours of the day. We suggest that you register in advance as space is limited. Cost is $10/child.
  • Do you offer a student discount?
    Yes. We offer a 15% off student discount with a valid student ID (valid for in studio classes only)
  • Do you have parking?
    Yes. There is a municipal parking lot across the street from the studio (metered parking during summer season).
  • I really don’t like the idea of dance aerobics. Do you have a class that doesn’t involve much or any dancing that is still challenging?
    Yes. If you are not into dance cardio, try our Sculpt, Toning Express, or Lab classes. If you are still looking for cardio (just not dance,) then any of our Bounce will classes will do!
  • I consider myself a good dancer. Can I take your BURN or 101 class to start?
    You can always take any class you want to start. We often warn our new clients that 101 and BURN have a learning curve. The dance aerobics portion will have routines that many clients already have learned, so these classes will move at a faster pace. The routines are not extremely difficult, but do take a few classes to become familiar. Bottom line: Cardio is cardio! When in doubt… keep moving and have fun! As you keep attending the 101 and BURN classes, these routines will fall into place.
  • Trouble with the video buffering?
    1) Make sure you are using Google Chrome as your internet browser. 2) Clear your computer's cache (browsing history.) 3) Make sure your software is up-to-date on the device you are using to stream. 4) Download our newest version of the App.

  • What kind of trampolines do you use at the studio and where can I buy one for AT HOME Streaming?
    We use JumpSport Fitness 370 Pro model trampolines. Click here to shop all fitness trampoline models.
  • How do I cancel my AT HOME subscription?
    Once you are logged into your account, follow these steps: Go to the Settings page by clicking on the round avatar icon in the top right corner of the page. Select Manage subscription On the next page you'll find options for pausing or canceling your subscription. Make sure to follow all the steps until you see a cancellation confirmation!
  • I notice you use handlebars on your trampoline. Are those included with my trampoline purchase?
    The handlebars are sold separately. We use the Arched Leg 39" handlebars. Click here to shop accessories.
  • What equipment do I need for AT HOME streaming?
    The minimum equipment required is: ~ Mat ~ One pair of 2-4 lb. Hand Weights ~ One pair of 1 - 1 1/2lb. Ankle Weights. Additional equipment includes: ~ Light resistance handle band ~ Light to medium resistance loop band for your ankles ~ Sponge ball ~ Gliders ~ 370 PRO Jump Sport trampoline.
  • Covid-19 Procedures
    The governor of New Jersey has finally allowed gyms to open starting September 1st. There are A LOT of restrictions involved, but it’s a start. As excited as we are, however, there is nothing more important to us than our clients’ safety. With that in mind, we would like to update you on the following safety measures / policies our studio has already implemented and will continue to implement upon reopening: 1) Each floor’s HVAC systems have been updated with a new LED Air Purification system. The Reme Halo uses Ionized Hydro-peroxide technology to help reduce airborne and surface microbials, bacteria, viruses, and mold. The new system also kills 99% of sneeze germs within 3 feet. 2) New hand sanitizing stations have been installed and filled throughout the building. 3) Trampolines have been spaced 6 – 8 feet apart in accordance with the CDC’s recommendation for social distancing. 4) If clients are uncomfortable using studio equipment, we strongly suggest bringing personal mats, hand weights, & ankle weights for class. 5) Your patience during this time is greatly appreciated as we navigate these new protocols/regulations and necessary schedule adjustments!
