DO I HAVE TO PAY TO PARK?

Paid parking in Sea Bright usually begins mid-May and goes until early September. You do not have to pay to park in Sea Bright during the offseason. You do not have to pay to park in Middletown.

Someone told me the studios are heated. True or false? 

True! Both Sea Bright and Middletown are heated studios. The temperature varies, but on average, the studios are kept around 87 degrees.

What can I expect from the studio environment?  

Perspirology is a boutique fitness studio with a clean, upscale feel. We pride ourselves in making each client feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they walk in the door. Please be aware that we do exercise in a warm environment!

Do you offer a student discount? 

Students with a valid student ID receive 15% off any studio purchases. Student discounts do not apply to our AT HOME streaming site.

Do you offer babysitting services? 

We do offer babysitting services during specific hours of the day at our Sea Bright location. Please check the schedule as times vary. Cost is $10 per child. We do not offer babysitting at our Middletown location.

Do you have showers at your facility? 

Yes. Both studio locations have showers.

Where are you located? 

Our Sea Bright studio is located at 1054 ocean ave. in Sea Bright, NJ directly across from the Sea Bright public beach. Our Middletown studio is located at 1177 Highway 35 in Middletown, NJ. Our Middletown studio is on the side of the plaza, directly behind Applebee’s.

What will I need to bring for class? 

We provide the towels, mats, trampolines, and all other necessary equipment. You may want to bring a water bottle, but we do have water fountains and water for purchase if you forget. Our Sea Bright location has a vending machine with various drinks, snacks, etc.

I really don’t like the idea of dancing. Do you have a class that doesn’t involve much dance or any dance at all?  

Yes. If you are not into dance cardio, try our Sculpt, Toning Express, or Barre Burn classes. If you are still looking for cardio (just not dance,) then any of our Bounce will classes will do!

What class should I start with?

This varies from client to client. If you are just starting a fitness routine after some time off, then the Barre Burn class is the best place to start. This class is perfect for all levels of fitness and allows everyone to work within their own capacity. However, if you are not new to exercise, you may want to try our Fundamentals class for your first dance class, or Bounce Express for your first trampoline class.

What equipment do I need for my AT HOME subscription?

The minimum equipment required is:

  • Mat
  • One pair of 2-4 lb. Hand Weights
  • One pair of 1 – 1 1/2lb.  Ankle Weights.

Additional equipment includes:

  • Light resistance handle band
  • Light to medium resistance loop band for your ankles
  • Sponge ball
  • Gliders
  • 370 PRO Jump Sport trampoline.

Do you livestream your classes? 

We do not livestream our classes as we have found the wifi service can be spotty at times. Instead, we film our studio classes in real time, and then upload them to the site later that same day.

What kind of trampoline do you use at the studio and where can I buy one?

We use the JumpSport Fitness 370 Pro model trampoline. Purchase here.

I am having trouble with video buffering. Any suggestions?

  1. Make sure you are using Google Chrome as your internet browser.
  2. Clear your computer’s cache (browsing history.)
  3. Make sure your software is up-to-date on the device you are using to stream.
  4. Download our newest version of the App.

How do I cancel my AT HOME subscription?

Once you are logged into your account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Settings page by clicking on the round avatar icon in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Select Manage subscription

On the next page you’ll find options for pausing or canceling your subscription. Make sure to follow all the steps until you see a cancellation confirmation!
