As our most advanced trampoline class, this class focuses heavily on non-stop trampoline cardio, mixed with a small toning section. 60 min and 45 min options are available. Goal is to level up our cardiovascular endurance.

Bounce Circuit

20 to 30 mins of cardio on the trampoline, followed by a full body circuit created by our fantastic trampoline instructors.

Bounce 30 | 30

Bounce 30 | 30 is the best of both worlds! 30 mins of trampoline cardio, followed by 30 mins of toning.

Bounce Express

In Bounce Express, its dealers choice! This 45 min class includes about 20-25 mins of trampoline cardio, followed by a mixed bag of toning, balance work, cardio, or anything else your trampoline instructor decides to curate for that day’s class.

Bounce Basics

Come get familiar with our trampoline workouts! This 45 min class will introduce you to the “basics of bounce!” But, don’t worry… You’ll still sweat:-)

Bounce | Strength 40

20 mins trampoline cardio and 20 mins of heavier weight strength training sounds like a match made in exercise heaven!
