Alivia Carlton


Alivia was born and raised in New Jersey, after high school she committed to Monmouth University where she pursued a bachelor’s degree in K-12 Spanish Education with an endorsement in English as a Second Language. During her undergraduate years she became a certified substitute teacher in various schools. She continued her education at Monmouth University and completed her master’s degree in Teaching Students with Disabilities. She also was a member of the cross-country/track team at Monmouth University for 2 years.

Growing up she danced for 15 years and was a part of her school's cross country and track team for 7 years. Alivia is eager to enhance and improve not only her own physical development but all other clients as well. Fitness is a very important part of life in order to stay healthy and Alivia is beyond excited to be a part of such an awesome team here at Perspirology!

Alivia has had the opportunity to be a part of many different activities. She has developed a strong passion and love for dance, running, hiking and all different types of fitness her whole life. She loves that she gets to share her passion for dance and fitness through all of Perspirology’s energizing classes!
